Biden Administration Announcement | Staff Vaccine Mandate | January 2022
Over the last several weeks we have witnessed much activity in the courts, and media, surrounding the CMS mandate for healthcare staff of Medicare – and Medicaid – certified providers to be vaccinated against COVID-19. On December 28th, guidance to the December 15th interim final ruling was provided and out COVID Task Force has been active to ensure all requirements at met as outlined by our regulating authorities.
Below are two key dates that facilities are required to ensure all staff and providers meet the vaccine mandate.

January 27:

First Dose or One Dose Vaccine
February 28th:

Received all shots for full vaccination
